We are renting our house in Huron Village as we are moving to much warmer Arizona!

It was built 5 years ago, and we\'ve lived here ever since. The 1800 sq ft house has a 2-story great room, separate living room, kitchen and dining room, basement, and 3 very large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large attached bathroom and walk-in closet. There is a total of 2.5 bathrooms. It has a 1-car garage.

The house is located in Huron Village near Huron Road and Fischer-Hallman Road. It\'s a 5 minute drive away from Highway 401 for easy commuting, 5 minute drive to Conestoga College, 8-10 minutes away from grocery stores, Fairview Mall, Sunrise Plaza with Walmart and many other big box stores, and 15-20 minutes from Uptown Waterloo, University of Waterloo, and Wilfrid Laurier University. There are bus routes nearby as well.

We are asking for $1,675 / month. You are responsible for utilities. A one-year lease is required.
